If you've started touring senior living communities in Charlotte, you've probably noticed pricing is murky on purpose. A $4,500 "base rent" can easily become $8,500 once care levels, medication fees, and incontinence supplies are added. By the second or third bill, many families are stunned.
At AllGrace Living, we do it differently. One all-inclusive monthly rate. No surprise fees.
What "all-inclusive" actually means at our home
- Private bedroom (luxury ensuite or luxury private)
- All meals and snacks, cooked on site
- Medication reminders, administration and management
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Bi-weekly spa and salon treatments, plus professional nail care
- Housekeeping, laundry, and linen service
- Activities, companionship, and a 1:3 caregiver ratio
What we don't charge extra for
We don't bill by care level. We don't charge per medication pass. We don't add fees for incontinence supplies, transfers, or assistance at meals. The rate you're quoted on day one is the rate on month twelve.
Community fee
There is a one-time community fee equal to your first month's rate, due at move-in. This covers room preparation, intake assessment, and onboarding. That's it.
How we accept payment
We accept long-term care insurance and private pay. We're happy to talk through your specific policy and what it will cover here.
